How does it work?
On the home page enter your name, press "Play now" to start against bots, or "Create room with friends" to get a code and link. On your turn roll the dice, buy an unowned property or put it up for auction; landing on an owned property means paying rent. Collect a whole colour group to build houses and hotels. The last player standing, or the richest when time runs out, wins. Details: how to play.
Who is it for?
It is designed for anyone who wants to play a property-trading game with friends in the browser quickly, without installing or signing up, or who wants to play alone against bots.
Key features
- Heat map: A post-game heat map showing how often each player landed on every square, so you can see which areas actually win games.
- Team mode: 2v2, 3v3, 4v4 and 2v2v2v2 layouts. Teammates pay no rent to each other; the game ends when one team remains, and if time runs out the team's total wealth counts.
- Quick mode: A 20-minute match: everyone starts with 2 random properties, 30-second turns and ₺1000 starting cash.
- Spectator mode: Watch open rooms live (up to 20 spectators per room). Spectators can't chat or interfere; the host can turn spectating off.
- Bots: Three difficulty levels (Easy, Normal, Hard) and bots with different personalities; add a bot when a seat is empty.
- End-of-game time-lapse: When a match ends, an accelerated time-lapse of board ownership and player wealth plays and can be downloaded as a GIF.

How do I play with friends?
On the home page press "Create room with friends" and send the 5-letter code or invite link to your friends. Everyone joins by clicking the link; the host presses "Start game".
How many players can play?
2–8. Free rooms hold 2–4 players; rooms of 5–8 need the "Big Room" perk from the shop. A bot can fill an empty seat.
Can I play on a phone?
Yes. The interface works on phones and tablets and can be added to the home screen to open like an app. On a computer you get a wider board view.
