What is Mezarpoly?
Mezarpoly is a free multiplayer online property-trading game that runs in your browser. You roll dice, buy cities, build houses and hotels, trade and try to bankrupt your rivals. Play with 2–8 players, with friends or against bots; no download needed.
Is Mezarpoly free?
Yes. You can play for free as a guest without creating an account. The shop only sells cosmetic (appearance) items; nothing gives a gameplay advantage. No ads are shown at the moment.
Do I need to download anything or sign up?
No. The game opens in your browser with no download or install. An account is optional; you can create one with email or Discord to save progress, coins and purchases.
How do I play with friends?
On the home page press "Create room with friends" and send the 5-letter code or invite link to your friends. Everyone joins by clicking the link; the host presses "Start game".
How many players can play?
2–8. Free rooms hold 2–4 players; rooms of 5–8 need the "Big Room" perk from the shop. A bot can fill an empty seat.
Can I play on a phone?
Yes. The interface works on phones and tablets and can be added to the home screen to open like an app. On a computer you get a wider board view.
Can I play alone against bots?
Yes. "Play now" starts a quick match against bots. Bot difficulty can be Easy, Normal or Hard.
Is there a team mode?
Yes: 2v2, 3v3, 4v4 and 2v2v2v2. Teammates pay no rent to each other; when one team remains, or time runs out, the team with the highest total wealth wins.
What is quick mode?
A 20-minute match: everyone starts with 2 random properties, turns last 30 seconds and starting cash is ₺1000. It's for anyone who wants a short game.
How long does a game last?
The host picks a time limit (25, 45, 60, 90 minutes, a custom time, or unlimited). Even unlimited games never exceed 2 hours; when time is up the richest player (the richest team in team mode) wins.
How many maps are there, and are they all free?
There are 16 maps. The classic map is free; others are unlocked in the shop with Mezar Coins. Maps only change looks and square names; the rules are the same. If the host owns a map, everyone in the room can play on it.
What are Mezar Coins and how do I earn them?
A virtual unit valid inside Mezarpoly; it can't be converted to cash. You earn them by finishing games, daily login rewards, achievements and inviting friends; they can also be purchased. They are used only for cosmetic items.
Is the game fair? Can I buy an advantage?
No. Everything sold is cosmetic (pawns, map themes, dice, titles, effects, frames). Dice rolls and cards are generated randomly on the server and are the same for everyone, bots included; the rules are enforced server-side.
What is spectator mode?
The ability to watch a game in an open room live. Spectators can't chat or play; up to 20 per room and the host can turn it off.
What is the heat map?
A visualisation shown after a game of how often each player landed on every square, helping you see which areas are visited and earn rent most.
Is Mezarpoly a Monopoly clone?
No. Mezarpoly is an original, independent game with no affiliation to Hasbro or the Monopoly brand. It offers the general mechanics of classic property-trading board games (dice, buying properties, rent, buildings, auctions, trading) with its own maps, card texts, rules and features.
How is my data protected?
No personal information is needed to play as a guest. The visit counter is cookie-free and only stores day, source and event counts. For account and payment details see the privacy (GDPR/KVKK) policy on the Legal page.
How do I report a bug or make a suggestion?
Use "Feedback" in the menu at the top, or write to [email protected].
