The core idea
Everyone starts with the same money. On your turn you roll two dice and move around the board. Land on an unowned property and you can buy it or send it to auction; land on someone else's and you pay rent. Own a whole colour group and the rent goes up and you can build. A player who runs out of cash sells buildings and mortgages properties, and goes bankrupt if that isn't enough. The last player standing, or the richest when the timer ends, wins.
