Ludo online
Ludo (Kızma Birader in Turkish) is the classic dice-and-pawn race: roll a 6 to bring a pawn out, move as far as you roll, and land on a rival to send them home. The first to get all four pawns home wins. At Mezar Café it runs free in your browser for 2–4 players, with friends or against bots, using the pawn and dice you picked in the shop.

How to play Ludo
- Everyone starts with 4 pawns at home. A pawn only comes out on a 6, onto its own start square.
- Move as many squares as you roll; you pick which pawn. If there's only one move, it's made for you.
- Land on an opponent's square to send them home. Start squares and star squares are safe: pawns there can't be captured.
- Rolling a 6, capturing, or getting a pawn home earns another roll. A third 6 in a row is lost and the turn passes.
- You need an exact roll to get home. The first to get all four pawns home wins.
Tips that win games
- On a 6, bringing out a new pawn is usually best: the more pawns on the board, the better you can use every roll.
- Don't stop 1–6 squares in front of a rival; the next roll could capture you. Head for a star square when you can.
- A pawn in its own coloured home column can't be captured: get pawns close to home in there first.
- If you can capture a rival, it's usually the best move: they go home and you roll again.
How do the bots play?
Bots weigh every move: getting home, capturing, bringing a pawn out and reaching a safe square are good; stopping in front of a rival is bad. Hard bots rescue pawns in danger and avoid risks; in our own measurements a hard bot beats an easy one in more than 8 out of 10 games. Like real players, bots think for a second or two before every move.
