Pishti online: Grave Pishti
Grave Pishti is Mezar Café's version of Pishti (pişti), Turkey's classic fishing card game: play a card of the same rank as the top card, or a Jack, to capture the pile, and capture a single-card pile with a matching card for a PISHTI. It runs free in your browser with no download or account, for 2–4 players with friends or against bots.

How to play Pishti
- Four cards go to the middle with only the top one face up; if the top card is a Jack, it is shuffled back and another is turned up. Everyone gets 4 cards.
- On your turn, play one card. If it matches the rank of the top card, or it's a Jack, you capture the whole pile; otherwise your card goes on top of the pile.
- Capturing a single-card pile with a card of the same rank is a PISHTI: 10 points. Jack on Jack is a 20-point pishti. The very last card of the hand can't make a pishti.
- When hands run out, everyone gets 4 more cards. When the deck runs out, the cards left in the pile go to whoever captured last.
- Scoring: each Ace and Jack 1, the ♣2 2, the ♦10 3 points; most cards 3 points (nobody gets them on a tie); plus the pishtis.
- New hands are dealt until someone reaches the chosen score, and the highest score wins. In «One hand», the game ends when the deck runs out.
Tips that win games
- Don't waste your Jacks: use them on big piles or piles holding valuable cards like the ♦10 and ♣2.
- Leaving a single card on the pile gives your rival a pishti chance. Count how many of that rank are out; if all four have shown up, it's safe.
- When playing on an empty pile, think about whether your rival could still hold that rank.
- When the deck runs out, the pile goes to whoever captured last: keeping a Jack for the final hands can win you a big pile.
- Most cards is worth 3 points: keep an eye on card counts too, a big pile can be worth more than a few valuable cards.
How do the bots play?
Bots only use the cards on the table and their own hand. They never miss a pishti, save Jacks for valuable piles, and when leaving a card on the pile they weigh how likely the next player is to capture it and how many points are at stake. Easy bots sometimes play at random; Hard bots use their Jacks at the best moment. Like real players, they think for a second or two before every move.
